Hidden gem with a simply no-nonsense menu approach to family style served meals. This was a perfectly cooked steak experience, complete with perfectly prepared traditional sides. The staff were attentive and friendly. This was definitely a great meal and a place to add to our restaurant rotation!

Lindey's Prime Steak House has a relaxed vibe and friendly staff. I loved how quickly we were seated and how attentive Pam was! This restaurant has lots of memories for me as my parents used to take me there. The steaks were cooked perfectly. It had been a while since I had been there, so it was nice to be back.

Ignore the negative reviews!!! To be transparent, I am not a fan of sirloin, but heard great things about Lindey's. Honestly, we loved it. So quaint and comfortable. Jennifer E served us, and she was amazing and attentive. The endless sides is unusual but awesome. Everything was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Huge portions! Highly recommended! Love the little postcard they leave on the table for you to take home! 😍

I had a wonderful dinner at Lindey's Prime Steak House. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with décor that feels both relaxed and elegant. The staff were friendly and attentive, keeping our glasses filled without being intrusive. The steaks were cooked perfectly, full of flavor and tenderness, and the overall quality was top notch. It feels like a casual, family friendly steakhouse that is great for a steak dinner. I would definitely recommend this place as one of the best steakhouse options in town.

A fun old school steakhouse that has stayed consistent for 65 years. Paneled walls, old photos. Menu of 4 entrees (3 beef, 1 shrimp), not recommended for vegetarians/vegans. "Special" Sirloin is the star, served family style with potatoes, garlic bread, small salad.

We love Lindy. Have been taking advantage of the birthday club for birthday dinners for many years. Never disappointed. Love the homey, '50s cabin atmosphere. Feel so nostalgic. The service is always outstanding and the food is fantastic.

I went here last night as a solo diner and had a great experience. I’m always a little worried when I dine solo at a new place but the only difference is I went home with more potatoes than you did. As for the food: Loved the garlic bread. It’s…garlic bread. Hard to mess it up and they did a fine job. The salad was kinda good but the bowl I received was dressing with a hint of lettuce. The house dressing is great but next time I’ll ask them to go easy on it. I got the Lindey’s Special sirloin and it was tasty! Really tender, good flavor. All the reviews say they undercook steak. I ordered medium well and got a perfect medium. I will say, though, that the steak is a Celebration of Worcestershire Sauce. This place must go through gallons every night. I’m not a huge fan of it myself but somehow it worked. The potatoes - heck yeah! A few people in the reviews have said they are too salty. I’m super picky about how salty things are and these were perfect in my opinion. Service was great. I love the “menu” they bring into the table - comically large, a placard four times larger than a street sign. Atmosphere is so charming. It is so old school that I half-expected my grandparents to be at my table when they sat me. Also if you need to know anything about parking - like, just in life generally, not at Lindey’s - the party of 10 behind me had a very loud conversation about it for the first 20 minutes of my dining experience. If you need any tips hit me up, I learned a lot. Last but not least, I was seated near a window and got to watch a squirrel digging up nuts from his cache right next to the building. I guess I didn’t dine alone after all.

My friend gave me a gift card for Lindey's, and it's just as phenomenal as she promised. Typically, I'm more of a fillet mignon lover, but the sirloin here was deliciously tender and very competitive. They keep the seasonings simple since the cut itself is the highlight, but they gave me horseradish when I asked for it and had seasoning salt on the table. They give you huge portions, offer great service, and have a lovely ambience for lunch time. Overall, my husband and I were impressed, and we'll be back again.

This steak house is a gem. They might "only" have a limited menu on first glance, but do you really need all the different meals and sides if you could have a steak that's prepared perfectly on point? I had a Prime Sirloin, rare, as I usually always have my steak, and this piece of meat was so tender and juicy, it was most probably one of the best steaks I ever had. The small salad they serve is a good starter to. Ridge the time until your steak arrives. Accompanied by a garlic bread that is tasty yet not to much garlic is used. The only side we had with the steak was the hash browns, and it was super delicious aswell. Service was good, not to much disturbing. I usually like the service to be more background than asking every two minutes if everything is OK. Yet we were taken good care of. So thanks for that. The ambient is nice, classic, with some interesting details. Like the tiny phone booth at the entrance, or the fireplace in the middle of the dining area.
